Technical Safety Services, LLC (TSS), a leading provider of compliance and equipment services for the life sciences, healthcare and advance manufacturing, announced the acquisition of Heninger Enterprises LLC, a Bountiful, Utah-based company specializing in field testing and certification of biosafety cabinets, cleanrooms, fume hoods, and laminar flow benches, and serving pharmacies, biotechnology, life sciences, medical device manufacturing and research laboratories.
The acquisition brings together two organizations with deep expertise in testing and certification of mission-critical spaces, systems and equipment, creating a combined team with greater capabilities and capacity to deliver best-in-class technical services to clients.

The Heninger team will continue to operate from their Bountiful, UT location. Existing Heninger customers will experience no disruption to service. The same dedicated personnel, contact information, email addresses, and phone numbers will remain in place.
