Technical Safety Services, LLC (TSS), a leading provider of compliance and equipment services for the healthcare industry, today announced the acquisition of MDC Systems, a San Jose, California-based company specializing in gas life safety services, including monitoring, detection, installation, and calibration, primarily serving semiconductor manufacturers and life sciences customers.
The acquisition brings together two organizations with deep expertise in the semiconductor, life sciences, and healthcare markets, creating a combined team with greater capabilities and capacity to deliver best-in-class technical services to clients across the industry.
