Total Care Service Agreements

Our total care service plans incorporate the elements of other service level options…calibration, maintenance, repairs, parts, and travel costs to give you the total care needed at one fixed annual cost.

Scheduled Care Service Agreements
TSS’ scheduled care services are a popular value-based option, offering both Preventative Maintenance and calibration in one comprehensive package.
“As Found” criteria followed by the preventative maintenance, then “as left” data gives our customers full performance information on lab equipment.
We work with you to monitor data over time to determine calibration and maintenance interval adjustments to gage the impact of our program in minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput.
Qualification Services
TSS offers a full range of qualification services, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), and Re-Qualification after repair (RQ).
We provide the services and documentation required to meet current cGMP, USP, ASHP and many of the newly established state guidelines for cannabis products.
Calibration Services
TSS is an ISO 17025 accredited calibration company, servicing over 60 product groups with standard operating procedures meeting manufacturer-level tolerances and parameters. Our program can flexibly incorporate your own procedures into our protocol. We also offer repair services as a corrective action for failed units.
Full data on each calibration certificate is accessible via our secure web-portal for archive retrieval.

Preventive Maintenance Services
TSS technicians work to “prevent” costly equipment failure with detailed preventative maintenance checklists and functional testing.
Starting with our internal training programs, focusing on the World Health Organization (WHO) maintenance manuals and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines.
TSS PM checklists follow current guidelines established by the College of American Pathologists, FDA Code of Federal Regulations 21CFR 820.181, and Clinical Laboratory Improvements Amendments (CLIA) Section 42CFR 493.1254.
